 How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped? 

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

What is the method of shipping? 

We use USPS to ship our products.  

How long will shipping take? 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and 3-4 business days for shipping within the U.S, time may exceed for Hawaii and Alaska. Due to the high volume of orders during product launches and sale periods, we may experience a delay in shipping. 

Do you ship internationally? 

No, we currently only ship within the United States. 


We understand that sometimes a product wont work for your pet and for that reason we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email with your order number. Please note a $5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. 


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with your order number. 


If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
