Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Los Angeles, CA with imported materials. 

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified

Are your products vegan?

Our products do not contain animal-derived products and are considered vegan.

Are your products fragrance-free?

We started Clean Coats for pets with sensitive skin and therefore chose not to formulate with any fragrance or essential oils. 

Are your products "clean"?

Our products are considered clean by most major retailers and do not contain:

- Sulfates
- Parabens
- Essential Oils/Fragrance
- Phthalates
- Silicones
- Formaldehyde & Formaldehyde Releasing Ingredients
- Artificial Dyes

Can I recycle my shampoo bottle?

Our shampoo bottles are made of HDPE, while the flip top cap is PP. Both materials are easily recyclable and we encourage you to dispose of them properly. 

We chose not to add secondary packaging to our shampoo to avoid excess waste. 

Where are your ingredients sourced?

All of our ingredients are vegan, cruelty-free & ethically sourced. We opt for plant derived ingredients whenever possible but efficacy is always our main priority. 

81% of the ingredients in our pet shampoo are naturally derived. 

What sets your pet shampoo apart?

Our mission at Clean Coats is to create high quality, effective, pet products at an affordable price point. We realized we couldn't find anything for our pups that was safe for sensitive skin, yet performed like a luxe formula. 

Our pet shampoo includes clinical levels of active ingredients that are proven to soothe the skin and coat. It was important to us to formulate in a way that puts efficacy first, while not sacrificing gentleness.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Items are not immediately shipped once tracking information is sent, please allow 1-3 days to process your order.

Do you offer refunds on damaged orders?

If your order arrives damaged we will replace it for you. If we don't have the inventory to replace a product, you will be refunded for that damaged item.
