OUR PHILOSOPHY

We believe that our pets products should have efficacious, carefully-selected and clean ingredients that we look for in our products. All of our products are expertly formulated, human-grade, with active ingredients that are actually doing something - meaning they’re in our formulas at active levels backed by testing. 

Our products are also fragrance-free and gentle with a high-percentage of naturally derived ingredients so you can feel good about using them on your sweet pets. 

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDERS

We have both worked in the beauty industry for over half a decade and our expertise lies in product development and bringing products to market. With product ideas always top of mind for us, Clean Coats was born one sunny afternoon in Los Angeles, as we were discussing how there are no chic, clean, gentle dog shampoos on the market.

Everything we’d used on our dogs was fragrance-free and gentle, but lacked exciting key ingredients and was housed in medicinal looking packaging.  We knew if we were looking for a new kind of dog shampoo, other people were too. 

We have gained a knowledge of ingredients from our time in this industry which we translated into pet care while formulating our first Clean Coats product. We sourced effective ingredients ourselves and worked with incredible chemists to bring you the most effective, yet gentle, dog shampoo on the market - and of course it’s in the cutest bottle you’ll be proud to have in your bathroom. We can’t wait to show you what else we have in store!
